John Laing plc is the UK leader in the development, funding and operation of major infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas. The Company invests in, develops and operates hospitals, schools, defense establishments, police stations and roads in the private finance initiative (PFI) and public-private partnership (PPP) markets. It also runs one train operating company, Chiltern Railways. Currently John Laing plc has 36 project investments, 22 of which are fully operational and an impressive bid pipeline. The majority of projects have a concession life in excess of 20 years.
